My Wife and I bought a 2021 Hyundai Kona in March of 2021. We were very pleased with the service and price. However, after 6 days of having the vehicle we noticed the brakes were not braking properly. W 2021. We were very pleased with the service and price. However, after 6 days of having the vehicle we noticed the brakes were not braking properly. We took it into service and it turned out that the entire braking system needed to be changed. Please note this was a brand new 0 mile vehicle. We were not satisfied and reached out multiple times to the salesman and several managers. After almost 2 weeks we finally got a hold of someone. After a lot of back and forth they agreed to replace the Kona with another Kona, which was great. However, it took us xxxx and high water to get a hold of someone. Fast forward to November 2022. The car only has 36,000 and we noticed a weird sound coming from the engine. The day before bringing or more so TOWED into the service department. The car kept shutting off on my wife on her way home from work. Leaving her broken down in the middle of the road. After finally bringing in the vehicle to the service department. We had to wait 2 days before getting an answer as to what was going on with the car. Mind you. We have been bringing in the vehicle for its regular maintenance and keeping it up to date on everything. After waiting two days. The service advisor told us the vehicle needed a new engine. Again, 2nd car and again a full replacement of something. I was told they need to contact Hyundai to get an approval for a new engine. Which will take 24 to 48 hours. At this point we do not know when we will get our car back, and if at all. We jumped online and began reading forums about the latest Hyundai engine issues, and as it turns out our engine has the same problem as discussed in these forums. We have now gone 24 hours trying to contact the General Manager and to no avail we have yet to get a phone call back from anyone. Also, they do not have any loaners available to accommodate us for this inconvenience. We are just told to rent a vehicle and Hyundai will reimburse us for the rental. Turns out Hyundai will only reimburse $38 per day. A rental car these days is nearly $100 per day. A new engine sounds great. However, this goes on the carfax report that new engine was out in, and this will definitely bring down the value of our car when we would want to go trade it in. This is a fact and not just an opinion. I would recommend anyone to do your research first before going to any of these dealerships. More

I bought a new car from them and was told by the assistant manager that I would get the Platinum Plus service contract free and also the 3 year maintenance contract extended to 6 years free, he lied assistant manager that I would get the Platinum Plus service contract free and also the 3 year maintenance contract extended to 6 years free, he lied. I was charged for both and told at first I couldn’t cancel them. Thankfully after calling Hyundai corporate office I was told it could be canceled. Unfortunately I lost money in the cancellation process. Now I find out that the promise of getting both contracts free wasn’t honored even after they were caught in a lie. I advise anyone to stay away from this dealer and if you have a problem with them contact Hyundai corporate office and report it for the record and get a case number. I guess all that matters to them is the sale of a car even after one of their managers being caught lying. More

Grateful I purchased a 2020 Palisades on Jan. 28th. There was a slight dent and scratch on the hood. My salesmen ( Scotty Raul ) told me to bring it in so they I purchased a 2020 Palisades on Jan. 28th. There was a slight dent and scratch on the hood. My salesmen ( Scotty Raul ) told me to bring it in so they can repair it. I did so the following week. I waited the week because Scotty was going to be out on vacation. When I got it back. it was completely ruined by whomever tried to repair it. It was obvious that there was no repairing this vehicle. I was at a loss for words! I was then handed over to Carmen ( Rosi ) Palermo. God Bless her soul. She too saw that something was not right. She put me into a loaner and off I went. She assured me that she will be handling this matter personally. This was a Thursday. By the following Wednesday, My salesmen, Scotty Raul contacted me, telling me that Rosi has him looking for a new car for me. When I heard that from him I knew this was the right dealership to be at. I am forever thankful and pleased with how this whole incident was handled. As for Scotty Raul, all sales people should learn from him on how to treat customers. He is knowledgeable and respectful. As for Carmen ( Rosi ) Palermo, she is a sweetheart and knows her stuff. Thank you Scotty and Rosi for all you did! Forever Grateful Sharon Meaney More
