TRULY A CLASSY DEALERSHIP. I generally have had very negative experiences purchasing or leasing cars, however, this dealership was completely different from my past experiences. I recently purchase an RDX from their dealership and absolutely loved how they answered all of my questions and worked with me to find the best deal for the model I wanted. Every since my purchase, I have called a few times to ask questions, setup service appointments, and so on. Both the sales and service department not only response back almost immediately, but they actually make sure to explain everything in detail and help me more than I would have expected. Best Auto Buying Experience Ever From the initial conversation with Alton Ho up til the time I signed the contract, he has been totally transparent and answered all of my questions an From the initial conversation with Alton Ho up til the time I signed the contract, he has been totally transparent and answered all of my questions and had nothing to hide. He was up front and did not rush/pressure me into making any rash decisions. On our initial conversation, I mentioned to him that I was considering a Blue RDX Tech and instead of having me rush down there to see him, he told me that it would be best to come see the car when it's brighter out because the color might look different in low light compared to bright light. I thought that was great of him and made me very comfortable in dealing with him. Once we agreed on a price, I indicated to him when I was going to come down to sign the paperwork. Upon arriving, he had the car sitting in the shade, all washed and gased up. I didn't have to wait for that like I did when I was at the Audi dealership 3 years ago. I was greeted by his team and went through the paperwork process. I spent an hour from entering to leaving the lot. They didn't try to up sell me on anything and I was grateful how smooth and fast the process went. I would definitely recommend this dealership when considering your next Acura.
