The worst car I ever owned!!! My experience when I first bought the Chrylser 200 was a good one. My horror started after I left the dealership and has been a nightmare for the past 2 years. This car has been in for service more times than imaginable. I have a stack of service invoices about an inch high. I must mention that the service dept is great, especially Chris. He has always been very helpful and goes beyond what he should to satisfy. The problem is the car and how management just turned a blind eye to all the issues. The owner should have swapped out the car. That would have been the right thing to do. They are all aware of all the problems with the car and how many times I have had it there for service, then having to rent a car (which I have done several times). At the time of me writing this review (November 29th), the car is at my local mechanic (since wednesday) because it died on me (again!) I had to have it towed to the mechanic, who is working on it. It is just so unfair to have this many problems with a car, especially when I bought it brand new. I would not recommend this dealership nor the Chrysler brand. They both stink in my book, and I have a folder of paperwork to prove it. Anthony Consentino More

Alvaro was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of the questions that my husband asked him. And there were many of them. After bad experiences at several other dealerships, meeting Alvaro was a breath of fresh air. He was courteous, professional, patient, and exceptionally friendly. Although we looked at a dozen different cars that day, we ended up buying the very first car he showed us, which is a testament to how closely he listened to what we wanted. I can't say enough. They're willing to do the work to get the deal done on a trade-in for a used vehicle. I'd prefer to skip all the back and forth between the sales and finance manager, but it's likely unavoidable and th on a trade-in for a used vehicle. In the end, I got the deal I went in to get, and thankfully so as I did not have room for negotiation. Alvaro Alfaro is a friendly guy and was willing to be accommodating despite my insistence on many things. Most importantly, as with buying any new/used car from a dealer, it always pays for the buyer to do a litter homework before walking in. More
