We researched thouroughly and narrowed our search down to 3 vehicles. We visited some competitors and other dealerships first and saved ACC for last. After our first visit we knew we wanted the Mercedes. Thanks to Alvin, we had BY FAR the best car buying experience of both of our lives. He has a great personality and was extremely knowledgable. We never felt pressured, and he worked with us to get the best price possible. Even after the sale, he followed up with us to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns with the vehicle. Thanks to Alvin my wife has her dream Mercedes and she's as happy as she can be. Thanks Alvin! More

Easy and Painless!! I just bought a 2012 Subaru Outback in the pre-owned lot. I initially made an internet inquiry and Alvin Downer responded with a phone call and email I just bought a 2012 Subaru Outback in the pre-owned lot. I initially made an internet inquiry and Alvin Downer responded with a phone call and email. We negotiated pricing until I was quite happy and today I went to the dealership to meet Alvin and test drive the car. My daughter was with me to go over all the details and make sure I didn't miss anything (as my husband was busy playing golf!). Alvin was the ultimate professional while at the same time making both my daughter and me feel very comfortable and at ease. Alvin was very friendly and made the process simple and painless! Maybe my next car will be one of the beautiful Mercedes in the showroom, but for now I'm extremely happy with my Subaru. I highly recommend Alvin and hope to do business with him again. More

Alvin Downer "EXCEEDED ALREADY HIGH EXPECTATIONS" My expectations were set high from the moment I drove onto Atlanta Classic Cars but with the difficulty of wanting the front style of the C-class and My expectations were set high from the moment I drove onto Atlanta Classic Cars but with the difficulty of wanting the front style of the C-class and the comfort of the E-class, and few absolutes on my list I knew I would have to sacrifice something. From the moment Alvin Downer introduced himself, with an ease he set out to make my impossible a reality. Body style, color (inside and out), size and most importantly price not to mention a few extras that made the purchase impossible to beat. Alvin was extraordinary in every step of the process and to know I could not have gotten a better deal PERIOD was phenomenal. Alvin's outstanding follow-up now even days after the transaction has been completed is even more impressive and has truly made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. THANK YOU, ALVIN! I was looking for a 1 or 2 year old S Class and found one on line at Atlanta Classic This was the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a car. I was looking for a 1 or 2 year old S Class and found one on line at Atlanta Classic Cars that fit the bill. David responded immediately to my email inquiry and we scheduled a test drive. I explained that I was not ready to buy and even though David was eager to make a deal he did not try to pressure me. He was thoroughly pleasant and professional. David called later that day and we ended up negotiating a deal via email, which was a good experience. My wife and I returned to the dealership that evening and met with Alvin Downer to complete the transaction. Alvin was well prepared and aware of all the items David and I had agreed on. Alvin was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. The impression that Alvin made was that he could not do enough for his customer. Even though it was well past closing time, he took his time showing us all the things we needed to know about the operation of the car. I went back to the dealership the following Saturday to attend a class for new owners that helped explain some of the new technology. That was a nice touch. The employees that conducted the class were all friendly and patient. I also had a chance to interact with David and Alvin some more and was again impressed by their attitude towards customer service. All together it amounted to a great experience. More
