Unfortunately, due to her status as a "new" sales person, she gave us some inaccurate information at the very start, which caused problems at closing. Once we got the problems resolved, which took an extra 24 hours, she spent more time with us. Too much time, actually. We sat in her office for about 45 minutes alone and we did not know where she was. This was not very professional, in our opinion. Galvin, in finance was very good. He was professional, knowlegable, and easy to work with. Another person, I think his name was Meti, or Medy, or something like that, he was a real jerk, a hothead that almost lost our sale.
