At first, could not get a return phone call after 2 attempts leaving messages for service department. But, after learning I could schedule my service online, everything went great. When they had to replace a part and needed to keep the car longer, they worked hard to meet my timeline needs. Good experience despite communication issues. More

My vehicle was serviced quickly and washed. When I got home I couldn’t open the trunk no matter if the car was on or off. I checked the back window and it was latched . I called the dealershipx2 and le home I couldn’t open the trunk no matter if the car was on or off. I checked the back window and it was latched . I called the dealershipx2 and left messages x2 for service to call me back. I really needed to pack my trunk for a trip early the next morning, they have never called back. I couldn’t find the answers I needed with the manual so I googled it. It said to push the button inside of glove box. I finally found it using a flashlight pushing the button worked👏🏻 I wish they had called me back, I wasted an hour trying to figure it out🤨 More

Not to mention their service department who explains and help navigate a solution to any issues that may arise with your Toyota. Randy is a compassionate sales professional who will listen to what you want and work for you. I just can’t say enough positive things about my experiences.
