Always a pleasure working with Sunshine Toyota. I have purchased four vehicles during my time in Battle Creek. I don't remember who helped with the 2006 Chevy Aveo or the 2005 Toyota Corolla but Tyler did an Amazing Job with my Special Ordered 2020 Toyota Tundra SR5 with an 8' Bed.. Who wants a truck without an 8' bed? During my Service appointments I always go with Courtney as she is on top of things. This latest purchase was a 2021 Toyota Corolla to replace the 2005 which had racked up over 250k miles, so Thanks to Tim and Steve we were in and out within an hour or so. Thanks Guys, I plan to be back soon to get something for my daughter. 👍😎✌❤ More

I usually prefer to write positive reviews but the last few times my vehicle has been serviced, my appointments have taken much longer than expected. Last week I had an appointment at 8 am for a tire rot few times my vehicle has been serviced, my appointments have taken much longer than expected. Last week I had an appointment at 8 am for a tire rotation. An hour and 15 minutes later, I was told I was in need of a tire repair. I advised them I had another appointment at 10am that I needed to attend but was assured they would get me out in time. They didn’t get my repair done in time, so the kind service person put me in a conference room so I could attend my 10 am meeting virtually. While in the conference room, another employee opened the door and very rudely questioned why I was in there. At 10:30 I received a note that my car was complete. This was not a good experience for me and the timeframe to complete the service was unacceptable, in my opinion. More
