This last visit was for the air bag recall of my 2010 Matrix S and it went well and they got done in about an hour and a half as estimated. My previous visit was to get the same Matrix checked out after hearing some noises a few days after purchase at another dealership (unfortunately, as is, and the other dealership was not helpful or cooperative. The mechanics and staff at Sunshine Toyota analyzed the problem carefully but quickly and gave me some honest advice, as usual. More

I arrived on time, and was greeted by a friendly service dept employee, Alysa, checked in and told I could wait in the customer lounge. The lounge was comfortable, with light snacks and reading material available. In approximately fifty minutes Alysa came in, advised me my 2014 Highlander was finished and ready to go. The vehicle looked great, like the day I first saw it. As promised, I was on my way about an hour later, a very satisfied Sunshine Toyota customer. More
