This was the first time that I had been to the dealership and even before I came I called about my concerns and I was encourage to bring my Q 50 Infiniti to the dealership and the appointment was made Immedi and even before I came I called about my concerns and I was encourage to bring my Q 50 Infiniti to the dealership and the appointment was made Immediately by the service consultant. Everyone was kind, professional, knowledgable and courteous. Good experience for my wife and I in buying her a new vehicle. The only hiccup the dealership had was that they were supposed to provide courteous. Good experience for my wife and I in buying her a new vehicle. The only hiccup the dealership had was that they were supposed to provide the car to us with a full tank of gas when we picked it up, and when we did pick up the car and drove away, we noticed that there was only 1/4 tank of gas. Not a huge deal, but a miss nonetheless. More

Mark spotted us in the parking lot, took us into his office and took the best care of us until we pulled off in my new car. He is 100% salesman but what I liked is that he seemed to really want to help office and took the best care of us until we pulled off in my new car. He is 100% salesman but what I liked is that he seemed to really want to help us make the right decision for US. He definitely took my circumstances in consideration while he advised and gave the options. He performed multiple searches of the inventory and brought out several cars for me to check out to make sure I had multiple options. Mark helped me walk out with my perfect starter luxury car and I definitely appreciate it! More

The last visit was very disappointing and disturbing to me. It mostly had to do with the treatment I received before I arrived at the service center. To tell you the honest truth if there were another dealer/service center in the area I would not return to your shop. When I called with an emergency the girl in your service center was rather rude to me, telling me that my top being stuck in operation was not an emergency, even though it was about to storm outside. I did get the problem solved by your team once I arrived and did appreciate that the tech was able to reset it. When I first bought my car and started having service at your shop, I thought it was the best experience, everyone was personable and made me feel as if I was your only customer. In the few years since, I do not get the same customer service feeling. I will say that something has changed in your office. They also Always try to up sale me! More
