Hello! My name is Alyssa, I work in the Sales Department here at David Dodge. I became part of the David Family in 2011, working part-time as a Receptionist in the Service Department. I currently work as an Internet Sales Consultant, Business Development Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. In addition to working full time at the dealership, I am also a full-time student at West Chester University. I plan to graduate with a Business Degree in Marketing. After graduation, I plan to start a career in Event Planning. Outside of work and school, I enjoy hosting parties, cooking, traveling and spending time with family, friends, and my adorable puppy, Jax.

Great experience at David Dodge Chrysler Jeep! I was referred to David Auto and was told they give top dollar for trades. I have to say they were right. David Cooke took great care of me and got I was referred to David Auto and was told they give top dollar for trades. I have to say they were right. David Cooke took great care of me and got me exactly what I wanted. I'm extremely happy with my 2016 Hydro Blue Wrangler hard top JKU. David Cooke is a good salesman. Easy Breezy Treatment and Experience I recently purchased a vehicle from Jerry with help from Alyssa. I cannot say enough about Jerry, he is a man of honor and integrity. He did everything he could to assist in the purchase of the vehicle to make sure all expectations were met. The dealership itself is very well maintained and instantly greeted upon arrival and during my time there, multiple people asked if I needed anything and they extended offers of food and drink. Couldn't be happier So, I was in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler, and found exactly what I was looking for on the David Dodge website. I made a website inquiry on a So, I was in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler, and found exactly what I was looking for on the David Dodge website. I made a website inquiry on a Friday night, and was contacted within a day by Alyssa Mumley, introducing herself and Jerry DiStefano, and inquired when I wanted to come in. I kind of let Alyssa know my expectations up front, mainly because of some experiences I had in my area with other dealers, and when I arrived on Monday, I was greeted by Alyssa who then turned me over to Jerry. Jerry took his time, asked me what I was looking for, and began showing me what they had available. We took the 2016 Jeep Willys out for a test drive, and Jerry showed me all of the features, and gave me a lot of good tips about the JK Wranglers, since I had been a TJ owner for several years. Because I had a unique situation in where I was going to sell my Subaru to my sister, but was waiting for her decision, there was no pressure whatsoever, and Jerry went to great lengths to walk me around this very nice dealership and introduce me to the service staff, etc. Because it is an hour ride for me, I was excited to learn that the service department is open late every night and until 6 pm on Saturday. Where do you find that, really? Anyway, it was time to talk numbers, so Jerry introduced me to Bill Joyner, a Sales Manager who was really great. We hit it off immediately, and even though there was a million things going on, he sat with me and answered all of my questions and didn't b.s. me at all. I spent some additional time with them, drew up a hypothetical trade in if my deal with my sister fell through, and basically left it with feeling no pressure to buy. I returned to the dealership on Wednesday, to let them know the deal with my sister fell through. While I was there, the owner, David Kelleher, was filming a commercial for the dealership, but took the time to come over and sit and talk with me for about 5 minutes. After a few back and forth exchanges, we pretty much decided that I was buying the Jeep, and that I would be back on Friday to pick it up. I really wasn't ready to do the deal that day, and because I had to transport a family member with mobility issues, but they didn't want me putting any additional miles on my trade, they gave me a loaner for a few days to help out with my family situation. Really first class customer service. So, I return Friday morning, spend some time with Jerry to go over some last minute details, and then Bill to ask a few more questions, and then I meet with the Finance Manager Janice Smith to finalize the deal. Of course, based on the rest of my experience, you know where this is going. Janice did a great job of decreasing my stress and explaining each document. The three visits wasn't because of any haggling, or mistrust, or anything like that. I actually preferred taking my time, and appreciated them even more for not applying pressure, but, while remaining interested in me as a customer. So, to sum it up, do business with this dealership. Really. Ask for Bill. Ask for Jerry. Ask for Alyssa. Sign the forms with Janice. Even ask to meet the owner, because he'll be happy to speak with you. You'll be happy you did. Couldn't be happier with the entire transaction from start to finish. Great teamwork and family atmosphere. Ok, that's enough from me, you get the point. It's 75 degrees out and I need to go take the hardtop off for a ride. More

Alyssa was able to get us a lot of good information before entering the dealership. This really helped my wife and I feel comfortable coming in to check out the vehicles. Brian made every part of the experience as enjoyable as possible. He was extremely easy to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone considering CJDR vehicles. He even came in on his day off to finish our sale. That is true dedication, and actions speak louder than words! Other car salespeople would be smart to learn from Brian! We hope this is the start of a long and mutually beneficial working relationship with David CJDR. More

Why I will never buy another Jeep Our experience with the dealer and salesperson were wonderful. The actual sale price was less than what we were quoted via email so that was a pleasant surprise. The reason we will never purchase another Jeep, or Chrysler product for that matter, is the quality of the product. The 2016 Jeep Renegade replaced a 1999 Jeep Wrangler, which sadly was totaled in an accident. The Wrangler was great and gave us no problems until the last couple of years, which I chalked up to being sixteen years old. So based on past experience, why not another Jeep? Well we've had the Renegade for a week and it has been in for warranty work twice for a Service Engine warning. The problem code was "EVAP LEAK", the one that usually happens when the gas cap is not on properly and goes away after fixing the cap. It has to go back in so the service department "can pull some panels" to find the problem. Hopefully this will be resolved to our satisfaction but I truly doubt I will ever purchase a Chrysler product again. More

I gave Alyssa and Brandon the list of features I absolutely needed to have. Alyssa found me the Jeep immediately. Brandon clarified all the technical questions and uncertainties that I faced. Both Brandon and Alyssa made me feel very comfortable in a stressful and overwhelming situation. They made my first Jeep experience that much better! I would highly recommend Brandon and Alyssa to anyone who interested purchasing a new vehicle, I am extremely grateful to have had them for a long for the ride, literally! Jason as well was fantastic and helped me transition from another manufacture to Jeep. Great teamwork More

Great experience with sales and finance I wasn't too excited that I was once again in a position to buy/lease a new vehicle.
