I have watched you every day for a while during my Young and the David, I wanted to take the time to say thank you. You don't know me but I know you. I have watched you every day for a while during my Young and the Restless. My husband and I were due for a new car. I have always loved Chrysler 300s. Last week I googled Chrysler dealerships. We live in Northeast Philly and have quite a few dealerships in our area. I decided to check your dealership out, and Im glad we did. I called and spoke to Stephen Ellis. Stephen was such a nice man. I gave him a ton of questions and he had all the answers. It was so refreshing to come see and test drive a car without all of the haggling. Stephen didn't push anything, he was very professional and down to earth. It was almost like talking to family members. Every person I can into contact with was friendly and upbeat. Needless to say we drove off in our new Chrysler 300s. I wanted to thank you very much. I will be telling all my family and friends how awesome your dealership is. Dealing with Alyssa through email was great, she answered questions and provided info quickly. After we came to agreeable terms on our new car, we made an appointment to come in at night after work. Jerry had all the paperwork ready to go and we started getting that done. Ken took over while Jerry went to speed things along with making sure the car was ready and our package was moving through the finance department.Tim was great and had us out of there in fifteen minutes. Jerry then took us out to the go over how the car operates, explained all the features and provide different pointers on how all the menus on the computer system worked. We couldn't be happier with how our transaction turned out. I had already had a great experience with Ken when I purchased my Ram truck last year. So with all this stated I highly recommend the whole staff ! More

I first worked with Alyssa Mumley through email for about a week, who was very responsive to all my emails. I had very specific upgrade requests and a price I was looking to spend and she spent a great deal of time working with me to answer my questions and find a vehicle with my specific requests! The first time I visited the dealership, Steve Ellis met me in the parking lot and picked up exactly where Alyssa left off in helping me with my purchase. My husband and I worked with Steve over the course of a few days to appraise our trade-ins, test drive a comparable model, answer our questions and discuss some initial financing. Once we gave him the green light, he personally picked up my Cherokee for me and brought it back to the dealership, even calling to check in with me once he was with the vehicle! Our final step of the process involved Andy in Finance, who was not only knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining our options, but has quite a sense of humor, which kept the mood light and fun throughout the finance process. From the very beginning to the very end of my experience, I felt like the most important client at David’s. I think it’s important to note that David’s is not the closest Jeep dealership to my house and not the first I visited, but the short drive was worth the experience I received. Compared to experiences I’ve had at other local dealerships, the employees I worked with at David’s exceed not only in professionalism and quality, but also in friendliness and courtesy. Every interaction was enjoyable and efficient and I truly felt as though the employees worked to ensure I got exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford.
