Outstanding Service from Dave Zarzycki and Team My daughter and I were visiting West Chester, PA over Memorial Day weekend for a tournament when my check engine light suddenly came on. As we’re from o daughter and I were visiting West Chester, PA over Memorial Day weekend for a tournament when my check engine light suddenly came on. As we’re from out of town (Virginia), I was extremely anxious about the situation—especially with my little girl in tow and no plans to extend our stay. I knew I needed the issue checked right away before we could safely drive home. I brought my van to David Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Glen Mills, PA, and was incredibly fortunate to be assisted by Dave Zarzycki. Despite the busy holiday weekend, Dave went above and beyond to help. I dropped the van off in the morning, and by late afternoon, Dave called to let me know it was all taken care of—safe and ready for our drive home. Huge thanks also to the technician who worked on the van—Tech ID: 995—for diagnosing and fixing the issue so quickly and efficiently. I didn’t catch his name, but I’m very grateful for his work behind the scenes. Most shops wouldn’t even accept walk-ins during a holiday weekend, let alone prioritize them, but this team made it happen. I’m truly thankful for the care, professionalism, and exceptional service I received. If you're in the area and need car service, I highly recommend this dealership—especially Dave Zarzycki and the technician who helped get us back on the road. More
