My service advisor Alyssa was beyond fanominial… stayed in touch never once did I ever have to call her.. I had some issues arise with my extended warranty not wanting to cover a lot of the work … the ebra in touch never once did I ever have to call her.. I had some issues arise with my extended warranty not wanting to cover a lot of the work … the ebrake malfunctioned which caused a chain of events that was not going to be covered after I explained this to her she went to work and work so hard explaining my frustration to my extended warranty peeps and got my cost down more than half!! Give that girl a raise or promotion… she did this I was unaware and text me saying call her she had great news… I was so surprised it nice to know good people with good intentions still exist in the world… she’s my fav!! That’s why I have chosen clement for my last 4 cars (2 for me and 2 my daughter) since 2017… GREAT JOB ALYSSA I TRUELY APPRECIATE YOU!! More

Brought in for routine oil change and fixing the tire. Appointment was at 11am. Was told it would be ready in a couple hours. Had to call again at 5:30 and was told it was just started on. As usual, Chris was great. Everything was completed as stated. But the communication was lacking and caused issues with getting somewhere on time without being able to pick up the car. More
