I took a previous customer satisfaction survey. Alyssa Roybal didn't like my responses and went out of her way to inform me that my opinion was wrong. It was pretty much the most unprofessional act Alyssa Roybal didn't like my responses and went out of her way to inform me that my opinion was wrong. It was pretty much the most unprofessional action ive ever seen a dealership make. I'm glad my warranty is almost up so I won't have ever have to deal with Clement Hyudai again. I was warned about Clement by another Hundai dealership and caulked it up to competitiveness for a sale. I should have taken thier warning seriously. More
