During the booking process, there is a notice asking customers to call us directly if their vehicle needs additional repairs so we can set aside the appropriate time for the work. In this case, the appointment was scheduled for late in the afternoon with a more extensive repair request entered into the “Other” section. The time selected simply wasn’t realistic for the type of repair needed. As soon as we reviewed the details, we contacted you to adjust the appointment so we could properly plan for the repair and ensure your vehicle received the attention it required. We understand that this change was frustrating and we apologize for the inconvenience.
