This anonymous, AI-Generated message received from Franklin Ford that points the finger at the customer is unhelpful and unwelcome. In addition: - How many people would consider 2 pm "late in the afternoon"?! - Franklin Ford's cancellation with less than 24 hours notice was more than "frustrating." I was fruitless, as I took a half day off of work for NOTHING! By the way, the check engine light was all that needed attention. The AUTO ZONE was able to do this for me in 5 minutes at NO COST. Guess what, the engine light went off, and Franklin Ford lost another customer.
