Franklin Ford has provided ATROCIOUS service for the F150

Another time my truck sat in the lot for 45 minutes without so much as a tire pressure check. Since I only had one hour to spare, I drove away WITHOUT ANY service. Franklin Ford's most recent failure to provide basic customer service was when I made an online appointment. Three days after I made the appointment, Franklin Ford called and canceled it with less than 24 hours notice, blaming the customer for not checking all appropriate boxes. UNBELIEVABLE.
Only inertia keeps Franklin Ford from folding. It sure as xxxx isn't their customer service.

Our online scheduler is intended for quick maintenance visits like oil changes and tire rotations. During the booking process, there is a notice asking customers to call us directly if their vehicle needs additional repairs so we can set aside the appropriate time for the work.
In this case, the appointment was scheduled for late in the afternoon with a more extensive repair request entered into the “Other” section. The time selected simply wasn’t realistic for the type of repair needed. As soon as we reviewed the details, we contacted you to adjust the appointment so we could properly plan for the repair and ensure your vehicle received the attention it required.
We understand that this change was frustrating and we apologize for the inconvenience. If you ever need service beyond routine maintenance, a quick call to our team allows us to schedule you much more efficiently and avoid situations like this.
We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to clarify.

This anonymous, AI-Generated message received from Franklin Ford that points the finger at the customer is unhelpful and unwelcome.
In addition:
- How many people would consider 2 pm "late in the afternoon"?!
- Franklin Ford's cancellation with less than 24 hours notice was more than "frustrating." I was fruitless, as I took a half day off of work for NOTHING!
By the way, the check engine light was all that needed attention. The AUTO ZONE was able to do this for me in 5 minutes at NO COST. Guess what, the engine light went off, and Franklin Ford lost another customer.
