Since purchasing my car, I have taken my car in for service on several occasions, whether it be routine maintenance, or small warranty fixes, it has been a pleasure to deal with Lexus of Watertown's service department. Amanda is hands down the best employee in the service department, it is no wonder why she was promoted to manager. She is extremely accommodating, respectful, friendly, she listens, she cares, and is honest. I don't want to ever buy another car from anywhere else! More

Problem with check coming on. The dealer worked on the car, said it was fixed, but it was not. They kept it almost two weeks to fully find and fix the issue; I had a loaner car in The dealer worked on the car, said it was fixed, but it was not. They kept it almost two weeks to fully find and fix the issue; I had a loaner car in the meantime. Eventually, they kept looking and replaced a defective sensor and cleaned wires which had caused the problem. The car is running fine and the dealer helped minimize the dissatisfaction I had with the quality of my Lexus vehicle. More
