Amanda to the rescue Twice in the past month Amanda has come through with great customer service. I brought my wife's RX 350 in last month for the 60,000 mile service. Lex Twice in the past month Amanda has come through with great customer service. I brought my wife's RX 350 in last month for the 60,000 mile service. Lexus recommended two new tires and brakes. They told me that I could have the car late in the day. I initially said no but called back a half hour later and left a message to go ahead with the work and my service manager should get back to me. It took a few hours for this to happen and by that time they told me that the car would not be ready that afternoon with that additional work. That would mess up my plans for the day (I was coming up from the cape) and I did get frustrated. Amanda stepped in and offered to drive the car to the cape the next day. I eventually figured out how to change my plans but I thought her offer was tremendous. I then purchased an ES 350. It needed a key programed (sales issue that I was not happy about), inspection sticker and license plate screw. I missed my appointment and showed up at 4:10 on a Saturday afternoon. She graciously took my car in, took care of the issues and got me on my way in 25 minutes. My salesman, William Brazil, was there also to keep the process going. They were a great team. More

Got a quick call with estimate for additional service work, which I authorized and had car ready in time to meet my schedule commitments. all in all a pleasant experience, with great service. I live far from the dealership, and could go in to other closer places for service, but do not mind the extra time and drive because this dealership has consistently done an outstanding job More

I have leased and serviced my last 2 and now my current Lexus at Lexus of Watertown. Amanda Carr & Kelly Ford provide exceptional customer service. Everyone at the dealership, from the service valets to the Service Advisors are professional and friendly. Visiting the dealership for service or a car wash is a pleasant experience. I have been going to Lexus of Watertown since I leased my first Lexus back in 2012 and virtually all the same staff members still work there and know me by name. Once I had a annoying problem with the door locks and Lexus of Watertown was committed with ensuring the car was fixed to my satisfaction. Also, the pricing is reasonable and I feel like you can trust the service advisors to provide honest recommendations for maintaining your car. Seriously, this place is great. More

Best Dealership Around! I purchased my Certified Pre-owned Lexus around 3 years ago from Andy Foreman. He was absolutely wonderful-- being a young woman I never felt as if I I purchased my Certified Pre-owned Lexus around 3 years ago from Andy Foreman. He was absolutely wonderful-- being a young woman I never felt as if I was being ripped off, or taken advantage of. I will be back to see Andy for my next vehicle for sure! Since purchasing my car, I have taken my car in for service on several occasions, whether it be routine maintenance, or small warranty fixes, it has been a pleasure to deal with Lexus of Watertown's service department. Amanda is hands down the best employee in the service department, it is no wonder why she was promoted to manager. She is extremely accommodating, respectful, friendly, she listens, she cares, and is honest. I don't want to ever buy another car from anywhere else! More
