Everyone at the dealership, from the service valets to the Service Advisors are professional and friendly. Visiting the dealership for service or a car wash is a pleasant experience. I have been going to Lexus of Watertown since I leased my first Lexus back in 2012 and virtually all the same staff members still work there and know me by name. Once I had a annoying problem with the door locks and Lexus of Watertown was committed with ensuring the car was fixed to my satisfaction. Also, the pricing is reasonable and I feel like you can trust the service advisors to provide honest recommendations for maintaining your car. Seriously, this place is great. More

He was absolutely wonderful-- being a young woman I never felt as if I was being ripped off, or taken advantage of. I will be back to see Andy for my next vehicle for sure! Since purchasing my car, I have taken my car in for service on several occasions, whether it be routine maintenance, or small warranty fixes, it has been a pleasure to deal with Lexus of Watertown's service department. Amanda is hands down the best employee in the service department, it is no wonder why she was promoted to manager. She is extremely accommodating, respectful, friendly, she listens, she cares, and is honest. I don't want to ever buy another car from anywhere else! More

Problem with check coming on. The dealer worked on the car, said it was fixed, but it was not. They kept it almost two weeks to fully find and fix the issue; I had a loaner car in The dealer worked on the car, said it was fixed, but it was not. They kept it almost two weeks to fully find and fix the issue; I had a loaner car in the meantime. Eventually, they kept looking and replaced a defective sensor and cleaned wires which had caused the problem. The car is running fine and the dealer helped minimize the dissatisfaction I had with the quality of my Lexus vehicle. More
