Amanda was extremely friendly & professional, and outlined multiple options for us - taking her time, but also not letting the process dawdle. We walked in around 10 AM, and were basically done (minus car tutorials, introduction to the service shop, and other post-purchase pleasantries) by 12:30. Amanda and the staff worked diligently with us to figure out the optimal schedule & financing. Overall, the most-pleasant car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I very much look forward to working with this dealership in the future as service and other needs come up, and we are over-the-moon with the car. If there was an option to rate Amanda and Audi Hoffman Estates higher, I would! More

She made arrangements for me to come see the Q5 that day. She explained the new features on the 2026 Q5. I own the 2025 model. After my purchase, Amanda spent a couple hours with me to set up and personalize features on my new Audi. She was very thorough and answered my questions. Amanda’s knowledge and intelligence about the Q5 was very impressive. She was very patient and kind answering my questions throughout the process. Working with Amanda has been an absolute pleasure.
