Amanda is great, She was very thorough and detailed. She explained the process and was clear on what we could expect. Amanda was in turn patient and responsive to any questions we had. Amanda was very helpful and made me feel like I mattered when I purchased my q7. She made the purchase process a breeze and I would definitely come buy another car from her! when I purchased my q7. She made the purchase process a breeze and I would definitely come buy another car from her! More

Be cautious. Amanda and Matthew were very responsive and I was generally pleased with the process, especially considering it was an out of state purchase. That's Amanda and Matthew were very responsive and I was generally pleased with the process, especially considering it was an out of state purchase. That's until I received the vehicle. I specially asked about any chips or other damage, but was assured that none were seen but they would confirm and no additional updates were given. Upon direct, enclosed transport to my detailer for ppf and ceramic coating, chips in the carbon grill surround were noticed and pictures sent. Now the story I hear is that it's a used vehicle, so blemishes should be anticipated. I expected an honest assessment up front so I could make an informed decision before spending $150K. Considering a new surround is $3,200, I'm disappointed but not surprised that I'm now portrayed as the fool for believing what I was told. More
