I received great customer service and help from my sales representative. And Casey's BMW Genius, Amanda, is terrific, first rate! After I picked up my X5, the BMW Genius and the sales representative went ov representative. And Casey's BMW Genius, Amanda, is terrific, first rate! Also, my state registration form was not filled out correctly which caused me to have to make an additional trip to the dealership for correction. I can't rate John Garcia because I don't know him.
