My review is well overdue, since I purchased the vehicle in November 2018. I arrived at Casey BMW and was not expecting to purchase a vehicle. Although I'd never considered to purchase a BMW. Mr. Joe Hargraves took the time to explain the available options to me. Not once was he pushy. I purchased a good used vehicle which was affordable for my budget. Mr. Joe was administratively efficient and knowledgeable of the vehicle. He even took the time to ensure I knew how to operate the bells and whistles, the BMW was a total upgrade. I felt very much appreciated as a customer and was completely satisfied compared to the other four (4) car dealerships I'd previously visited between the Hampton Roads Area and Alexandria, VA. There were no sales gimmicks or lies. Just great accommodating service and professionalism from start to finish. I'd highly recommend Mr. Joe Hargraves' expertise to anyone in the car buying market.
