Scott Turney is the “Used car logistics manager “. He does not have one ( 1) iota of integrity. Threatened me not to complete “To do list” only completed partially Told me “you are taking money out of m does not have one ( 1) iota of integrity. When I asked him about this issue he said that “is a typo.” It was stated on the sticker on a individual line and listed as additional features” and Mr Turney.repeated the statement that I was taking money out his pocket. Mr Turney screens every phone call and has never returned a call in the period of over 6 months. I will never recommend Ganley Westside Motors to anyone for purchase of a car. Mr Turney said “ I will upgrade your seats with your money.” I have detail records regarding my contact history with employees at this Ganley dealership so I hope they there is no threatening or untrue reply. On a high note I highly recommend the service department Keith Wendling the manager is a 5 star individual and manages a 5 star department. More

He empathized with my situation and offered a discounted repair at Ganley or to share the cost of the repair elsewhere. I could hardly believe this liberal definition of "as-is" service months after the sale. Ganley Westside is #1 on my list next time I'm shopping or servicing. More
