I would definitely recommend her to anyone. When buying the car and going through the finance department I was very annoyed with the pushiness of the man (for the life of me I couldn't find his name. He was sitting in the office behind Amanda's desk) and the warranties. He belittled my reasoning for not needing what he was offering. Left a bad taste in my mouth and made the whole experience go from a 10 to a 6. Respect is more important than the sale of the warranty. I felt bullied into getting the warranty. Not cool. More

She didn't seem to bluff and when needed contacted a rep (Keith) from the Subaru dealership nextdoor. I ended up working with both of them in essence which wasn't at all a bad thing. Both sales reps were knowledgeable and resouceful and assured me through the buying process that customer care is their main goal. More

The auto had issues in the first 24 hours that left me with I purchased a used 2010 Ford Fusion Sport AWD from this dealership with 71k miles on it. The auto had issues in the first 24 hours that left me with a dead battery, leaking brake caliper, and unbalanced tires, and a misaligned car which I had corrected at my cost due to time & location constraints. I contacted the Used Car Manager who asked for the receipts, reviewed them with his Service Manager, and promptly admitted they missed some things on this car. They issued me a check immediately to reimburse me for the repair expenses I incurred. TALK ABOUT DOING THE RIGHT THING! SCOTT TURNEY AND THIS DEALERSHIP STOOD BEHIND THEIR CAR - FANTASTIC RESPONSE! BASED ON THIS ACT ALONE, I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. More
