Hi, I'm a Service Advisor with 15 years of experience, recently relocated to Missouri, originally from Salt Lake City. My career's been entirely in the automotive industry, and I've consistently received positive feedback for my positive attitude, persistence, and dedication to customer satisfaction. I pride myself on taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensure customers feel heard and understood. My goal is always 100% customer care – they're the reason we're all here. I hold an Associate's degree in Business Management and three ASE certifications. I also used to hold licenses in Sales, Finance, and Franchise Management. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, who inspires me every day, reading, drawing, listening to music, and being spontaneous. I'm an open and friendly person, always ready for a conversation, and I'm eager to build relationships with both my colleagues and the customers here in Missouri.

DO NOT ASK CHAD ANY QUESTIONS! The moment you do, he will talk to you like you’re incompetent. I asked a simple question “if my vehicle needs an alignment, please let me know bef The moment you do, he will talk to you like you’re incompetent. I asked a simple question “if my vehicle needs an alignment, please let me know before doing it” I was met with “It’s either you do it or you don’t” in a very rude tone. I then tried to ask why and gain an understanding, he kept meeting me with pure animosity for no reason as I never gave him attitude. I asked to be transferred to someone else and as I walked away to sit down and wait, he had the nerve to laugh like this was amusing. What makes it even worse is that the moment you drive into the service bay, it checks to see if you need an alignment. All he had to do was show me that so that I can discuss options. I came in for an oil change, left with more service to the vehicle than expected. I am very disappointed as my past two experiences here were great and I was met with nothing but happy and respectful service members. Avoid Chad at all costs. Nothing about this was funny, especially when your pay relies on the satisfaction of your customers Chad. More

Amanda has been nothing short of amazing in helping not just myself but also my husband get our cars repaired. She went above and beyond to help me get my car repaired without being stuck with a massive bi just myself but also my husband get our cars repaired. She has been fantastic working with insurance, even when the adjuster was rude and wholly unprofessional. She has been extraordinarily kind and patient with us and has truly gone the extra mile and then some to make us feel like we are in good hands. Her communication has been excellent and her ability to dumb down technical issues is very much appreciated. I will 1000% be requesting her as my service advisor whenever I can. More
