DO NOT ASK CHAD ANY QUESTIONS! The moment you do, he will talk to you like you’re incompetent. I asked a simple question “if my vehicle needs an alignment, please let me know bef The moment you do, he will talk to you like you’re incompetent. I asked a simple question “if my vehicle needs an alignment, please let me know before doing it” I was met with “It’s either you do it or you don’t” in a very rude tone. I then tried to ask why and gain an understanding, he kept meeting me with pure animosity for no reason as I never gave him attitude. I asked to be transferred to someone else and as I walked away to sit down and wait, he had the nerve to laugh like this was amusing. What makes it even worse is that the moment you drive into the service bay, it checks to see if you need an alignment. All he had to do was show me that so that I can discuss options. I came in for an oil change, left with more service to the vehicle than expected. I am very disappointed as my past two experiences here were great and I was met with nothing but happy and respectful service members. Avoid Chad at all costs. Nothing about this was funny, especially when your pay relies on the satisfaction of your customers Chad. More

Need to give a shout-out to Timothy Steyn who smoothed out the whole process from the moment I asked about one of their listings online. He did all the footwork for me comparing the Highlander I eventuall out the whole process from the moment I asked about one of their listings online. He did all the footwork for me comparing the Highlander I eventually bought with several of their other listings. They had already done things like oil change, new wipers and battery and they took care of a couple of more things on the car I asked about quickly and thoroughly. I'm out-of-state but was still able to do the purchase via texts and a couple of emails. The only downside was being 16-deg out when I arrived and Timothy handed me the keys. More

Megale and Chad have helped on various service visits over the years. Both are knowledgeable and gave good feedback to my questions as they arose.
