We went in for our first oil change - took our jeep right away and gave us a car so we didn't have to sit around. Everyone was very friendly! The only issue was that we just had the jeep washed and it was away and gave us a car so we didn't have to sit around. Everyone was very friendly! Oil Change Central was great to deal with. The previous oil change that I had gotten was at the Quirk dealership in Dorchester (out of convenience to my office). Central was great to deal with. In and out and exactly what you'd expect I brought my Jeep for a steering wheel button issue and was easily able to make an appointment using the online feature. I showed up and was greeted I brought my Jeep for a steering wheel button issue and was easily able to make an appointment using the online feature. I showed up and was greeted within minutes. Paperwork done and was on my way. Came back later that day and same thing: greeted right away and away I went. I couldn't have asked for a more easy day dealing with the issue thanks to the staff there. More
