Oil Change Central was great to deal with. The previous oil change that I had gotten was at the Quirk dealership in Dorchester (out of convenience to my office). Central was great to deal with. In and out and exactly what you'd expect I brought my Jeep for a steering wheel button issue and was easily able to make an appointment using the online feature. I showed up and was greeted I brought my Jeep for a steering wheel button issue and was easily able to make an appointment using the online feature. I showed up and was greeted within minutes. Paperwork done and was on my way. Came back later that day and same thing: greeted right away and away I went. I couldn't have asked for a more easy day dealing with the issue thanks to the staff there. More

Oil Change and Tire Rotation This time it took a long time for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an 11am appointment, arrived at 10:45 was taken at 11:05 and went in at 12:1 This time it took a long time for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an 11am appointment, arrived at 10:45 was taken at 11:05 and went in at 12:15 to see how much longer. And when I made the appointment I checked the box for the car wash which was not done. More
