Thank you for sharing your feedback and bringing this to our attention. I’m sorry we weren’t able to complete your state inspection during your visit, especially after you took the time to come in expecting to have it taken care of. I completely understand how frustrating that can be. I appreciate your suggestion about communicating any temporary changes or delays on our website and at the dealership, and I’ll be sure to pass that feedback along to our team. We value your business and hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a 5-star experience on your next visit. Kelvin Bratcher Owner and Executive Manager AML Ford of Prince George
