I took my vehicle to get serviced for a recall on July 27th 2026 (ABS, and airbag) and didn’t receive my car back for two weeks until August 12th. While my car was being serviced communicating was extreme 27th 2026 (ABS, and airbag) and didn’t receive my car back for two weeks until August 12th. While my car was being serviced communicating was extremely poor! To the point where I had to send my fiance to the establishment to check on the status of my vehicle. Upon my drop off I asked if a loaner is available while my car was being serviced, I was told I had to wait until my ABS module was approved. They said the part hadn’t come until the day before my pick up. Even on pickup day I had to come to Ford to communicate with Sade about when my vehicle will be ready. After receiving my vehicle my air conditioning does not work and my engine light came on the same day. I had picked it up around closing business hours so I sent Sade a text that was ignored until I called 4x. I was told I have to pay for a diagnostic although I’m aware and the paperwork states that there was no problem with my air conditioning. I asked for it to be checked and did not receive a answer what so ever. This is wicked work I have a newborn with no air conditioning More
