Overall the techs do great work but the people running the desk are lost. They cold called me for an oil change. I brought my car to Tasca Ford after a very negative experience at another Ford dealership. That dealership will remain nameless and has already received a poor rating from me. I will never take my car to that dealership again and will tell others to avoid them. My experience at Tasca in Cranston was a corrective experience from start to finish. They were able to assure me that they could locate the problem and could fix it and kept me informed through the whole process. My car was at the other dealership 2 different occasions for 2 days at a time and they were unable to diagnose the problem. They wanted me yo bring it in a third time leaving it for 3 to 4 days and could not give me a loaner or rental. For three weeks I was without a dependable car to drive and had to depend on rides from others or had to cancel appointments. On one day I actually had to rent a car to take my boyfriend to a very important drs appointment. Tasca was able to provide me with a rental which was such a relief. They were able to diagnose the problem and make the repair within 2 days. I now have my car back and it works great. I no longer have to worry about it not working and having to call AAA for a tow. Jonathan was my service advisor and he was great. The woman I talked to when I first called Tasca was great, also. And the rental agent as well. If I need future work done by a dealership I will bring it to Tasca in Cranston and I will tell others to do the same. You were all professional. Thank you. Anne Hayner More
My experience with Tasca Automotive Group was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. After signing the original purchase agreement, I was shocked to find that when I returned to frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. After signing the original purchase agreement, I was shocked to find that when I returned to pick up the vehicle, they attempted to change the terms of the deal. That alone raised serious concerns about how they conduct business. What followed only got worse. I waited over a month to finally take delivery of the car. When the day finally came, the dealership brought out the wrong vehicle—not once, not twice, but three separate times. After that, they couldn’t even locate the car I had actually purchased. The first hour of my visit was spent with staff scrambling just to find it. The paperwork process was just as chaotic. After signing everything, the finance representative came back and said the paperwork was incorrect and needed to be redone. I then had to sign a second set of documents. After finally leaving with the vehicle, I received a call just one hour later saying the paperwork was wrong again and I had to meet up to sign everything for a third time. The following day, I was contacted yet again to sign additional documents. At this point, it honestly felt like dealing with a circus. Whether it’s incompetence or questionable practices, neither reflects well. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable for a dealership of this size. I would strongly caution others to double-check everything and be prepared for delays, confusion, and repeated issues if you choose to do business here. Also inquired why the car when I signed for it had 14 miles , though when I picked it up had 242 mi. Never got a response from anyone on it More
