Even though my service was scheduled, an oil change 2 hours. After an hour of waiting, I wandered out on to the sales lot to browse as I was considering an upgrade. A sales associate approached me and asked me what I was interested in. I told him just looking while waiting for an oil change but could be in the market for a new car. He asked which car I was interested in. I choose the Santa Fe, He proceeded to fetch the key and he offered a test drive. I drove the car as far Route 2017 then asked if we can go to Walmart and he answered yes. On return, he went into the showroom while I went to the service center. As a was walking back on the car lot another salesman approached, asking in condescending tone what brought me to the dealership, and that I took the car to Walmart, I should take my groceries out of the car and leave. I told him that I did not take the car to Walmart, I asked if we could and I was told *yes), His response was that the employee who allowed me to drive to Walmart was as If I should know. He also said that a test drive should only last 5 minutes. I do not know the name of this employee, but if you care, Jacob can tell you who he is. Jacob provided top notch customer service, answering all questions I had, while the other person needs a remedial class in customer service. He did not know who he was talking to and he made assumptions based on my appearance. What he did not know is that I can buy any car on the lot for cash multiple times over. Did I see Toyota and Mazda next door>? Now about the oil change that initially brought me to the dealership. As always, the staff was very courteous and attentive. I had a appointment for a 4k oil change. It took two hours. It didn't need a multi point inspection . It only has 4000 miles on it. Why did I make an appointment?. My car needs warranty work, not good to drive with a bad catalytic converter, can cause excessive engine heat and damage, so I needed a loaner car since parts weren't in stock. The dealership was kind enough to get me a rental since they didn't have enough loaners. The rental was a Jeep Wrangler, try getting into this car at 75 yrs.old, not pretty. The dealership should either have more loaners, parts, or inquire what type of rental. Still the effort was there, and for that I rate an "A:. More

I sat there for two hours for a routine maintenance check on my Santa Fe The service advisor Amber never came out to talk to me the entire two hours. Finally I went to the desk and after being ignored for about 10 minutes I asked someone to go check on my car. They came back and said they were just finishing up.
