Willam monroe is a rude and Unprofessional, Tried calling them texting them never responded back to me while my truck was in service. Before I continue just want to mention that their prices are ridiculous. them texting them never responded back to me while my truck was in service. Before I continue just want to mention that their prices are ridiculous. 175 just for inspection They didn't even test drive the vehicle cause I took a picture of my miles. I even have the video that they made which clearly States that the data even take off the tires to know that I had a hub bearing problem or rotors. Or brake pads. Fred Martin service center try to charge me 680 bucks before tax. Just to do one hubbard on a 2×4 I got it done through a friend of a family 4 400 with tow from They're service center to Parma.. I will never ever take my vehicle orecommend fred martin service center to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. If I had one. I don't understand how they have a 4.3 rating. I believe it's employees. And naive customers that are getting taken advantage of. William monroe needs to be demoted or something. More
