Would not recommend Otto Cadillac. My car was dropped off in November for what I was told was a 5 day repair. It ended up being over 3 months due too back ordered parts. I asked several times for a loaner car and was told there was none available and there really wasn't anything they could do for me. After the repair was complete I was told there was still nothing that could be done for me. Once I escalated the situation directly through Cadillac I found out I could have got reimbursed for a rental vehicle the entire time of the repair! After 3 months of catching rides and borrowing vehicles I could have had a car the entire time! Never ever communicated that with me through the dealership. They took an issue that could have been solved immediately and dragged it out for three months without caring at all. Will not go back. More
