I don't think I got the best deal on the Buick and come to find out it was a rental car. I don't think I would have purchased it if I had known. Dan was fine. Everything was great except for our interaction with Wendy. Seemed to have an attitude when we were picking our loaner car. Asked if a gas powered vehicle was available, since we aren't fans of electric Wendy. Seemed to have an attitude when we were picking our loaner car. Asked if a gas powered vehicle was available, since we aren't fans of electric vehicles in general. Gave an abrupt answer of 'NO'. It seemed as if we're bother her and was trying to get out the door. We explained to her that we would be in around 5 to drop off our newly purchased car for the bumper repair. Per Mike C. She didn't seemed care. The repair was done quickly and professionally. But our first interaction with Otto service was not great. I know we purchased a Chevy but might taking to it DeNooyer going forward. Have never had any issues whatsoever there. More
