Since we were from out of town as well we did half of the process from home and half at the dealership. We had Russel who assisted us on the 1st test drive a week before purchase which was a breeze. Basim helped us with pricing over text. Finally, Ameer (very friendly and approachable) assisted us with our final drive test, all the last questions we had, prepping our paperworks, having our new family vehicle ready for us. The whole process does feel like a 5 star! More
