My wife and I purchased a new 2023 Honda Pilot Trailsport on 08/06/2023. The fact that we arrived at the dealership after closing time didn’t discourage your excellent team. We were acknowledged promptly by staff but realized everyone was extremely busy finishing up with other customers on a Sunday night. However, several members of your team assured us not to worry as they would certainly take care of us as soon as possible. In short, we all were patient with each other and stuck around for a wonderful overall experience. Gabe Torres in sales was genuine, accommodating and professional as he guided us through the whole process serving our needs and negotiating a fair price. Amer ‘Jake’ Dababneh followed through with the financing and was also a pleasure to deal with. What a great experience! I am glad this dealer is close to home and will definitely say Hello to these two when I come in for maintenance visits. Your entire team deserves a five star review because they truly earned it with the highest level of customer service.
