Went about over a week ago to test drive a vehicle. We talked numbers afterwards and it didn’t quite add up to what was in my budget. Fast forward 5 days and they come back to me with an out the door price that fit my budget. I’m very impressed and really glad I went home with a top of the line vehicle. Ask for Cesar. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, I purchased a car from Southwest Kia in Dallas, for my grandson around September 4th, I completed the paperwork, my credit is excellent, the salesper purchased a car from Southwest Kia in Dallas, for my grandson around September 4th, I completed the paperwork, my credit is excellent, the salesperson was great, but the finance person (Victor) was not so good, I signed the contract with Victor at the signing of the contract the had Extended Warranty, Gap, and a couple of other great benefits it all sounded great. But, about a week later, I receive a voice message from Victor asking me to call him, when I called him back Victor said I needed to come back in and sign another contract because he needed to get the numbers down. If the numbers needed to go down the loss should have been taken by dealership not the customer. I went in to sign the new contract, Victor had removed the Extend Warranty from the contract, so now I have a car with no warranty. But that's not the end of my transaction with the dealership, Victor calls me again and say I needed to come in again to sign yet another contract, I asked him why this was happening he said the bank gave them permission to sell these cars but did not give them any instructions as to what products they could sell, so the bank came back and said the dealership couldn't sell certain products after I signed the original contract, so now I have (3) flash drives with (3) different contracts, this is poor customer service. With a dealership of this size the financial people should know what their banking institutions require, and if their are any financial differences on any figures, the dealership should have made the difference up in the price of the car since this was a dealership error, and the customer should not have to take the loss. I voiced my opinion to Victor all he did was laugh, my experience was unacceptable. I'm sure no one will get a chance to read my review since all I see are the positive review on this site. More
