What a great sales person “karkey” is and he ability to answer any and all question shows his level of customer service goes way past just making a sale. Sales managers are truly caring and listen when you talk . Manager Scott is very kind and truly genuine when it comes to premier customer service that he provides. We happen to run across a young man Pete who is a mechanic at Kia. Even thou not his job was able to answer our service questions and ensure we were buying a reliable forte for our daughter. Thanks to the General Manager of Kia Dallas that had created a culture of customer service that is often overlooked by other dealerships . We will be back !!!! More

Salvador Mercado, our salesman was great. However, we purchased our 2022 Kia Sorento on August 9, and as of today, October 24, we still haven’t received our plates. The temporary tag expire However, we purchased our 2022 Kia Sorento on August 9, and as of today, October 24, we still haven’t received our plates. The temporary tag expired on October 8. I have left 4 messages for Scott Clark (Finance manager) and he has yet to return my call. I have tried to reach Kevin Baker (General manager) two times and he refuses to take my call) I talked with Dept of Motor Vehicles who have no record of receiving paperwork. DMV said we should have received our plates by now. It’s been 76 days since we purchased the vehicle. Southwest KIA management offers poor/no communication with customers and we would not recommend this dealership to anyone. UPDATE: Salvador Mercado called back and is issuing us a 30 day temporary tag which he will FedEx to us. Hopefully within 30 days, our license plates will be received. More
