He is very friendly and listened very well to my needs, in what I was looking for in a car. I am not happy with the detail department. I paid to get the Luxcare Protection and when the car was given to me it was very dirty. I sent it back to the detail DEPT for cleaning and it still came out dirty. The paint has bubbles in it from the spray, the chairs were not cleaned as promised. The carpets were not vacuumed. The blue dots on the front lights and rear view mirror were not taken off. I asked to have the HGREG stickers to be taken off and it was not taken off. The spray was applied on top of the stickers and can still see the lettering after taking the stickers off. The car needs to be detailed completely before applying this product. Had I known that my new purchase was not going to be cared for by the detail shop. I would have never paid extra for the service. I should get my money back for this service as, the cleaning was not performed as it should have been. Not happy at all with the cleaning of my car. Especially now that I see clear bubbles in the paint. Benny / Ameur was great!!! Not happy at all with the cleaning! This is very disappointing! More

I got the impression that they may be getting more traffic than they predicted as there were a lot of customers and a few delays once the buying process started. The main person we worked with was Benny. He was very consultative, provided a lot of information and took his time to make sure we were comfortable. He had knowledge of the products and process and was easy to work with. When we made our decision we were confident in the selection based on the experience with Benny. Delivery team (can't remember his name!) was friendly and thorough as well as the insurance broker Jessica Diaz. More
