Sales great...service sucks. Long story short. The sales rep was really nice and patient (Benny). He made sure we took our time to find the right car. Sales manager Jorge was also Long story short. After purchasing the vehicle however my experience with the service department left an extremely sour taste in our mouths. We returned the following day for an alignment and NOONE from the service department communicated with me. After an hour still nothing. I had to hunt down several managers in order to find out where my car was and why it was taking so long. Karlos who is some sort of manager( he was possibly the head of sales) would not even try to come over and resolve the issue. It took nearly 3 hours to leave and I found a random oily foot print on the front passengers side floor when the car was returned to me. Noone can explain why. I would advise there be some serious training on properly communicating and respecting customers. More

At HGreg what you see is what you get, meaning you pay the price you see for the car, no haggling, no drama just an simple easy experience. Another great thing about HGreg is they provide the car fax and warranty information on all of their cars. We were looking for a specific car, HGreg was selling this car for 8k less then local dealerships. We were in and out within 4 hours. Overall I would highly recommend this place. More

Fee’s Got a car that cost $8,779 and ended up paying $10,600 for the car in total. Yes I understand the tax which was around $665 but the dealer fee is $899 and all the other fees that charge you are ridiculous. The Guy who helped me his name was Ameur( Benny) but when we said we were going to buy the car and made the deal we never seen him again. He was good with helping us and everything up until we made the deal. Oh and if you go make sure you don’t bring cash it took 3 ladies to count and over 30 minutes. More

This dealership has an organized non-stressful process which is customer focused and friendly. Jazmin Martinez, a nice and friendly sales rep, greeted us. She explained the dealership car purchase step process and put our wrong thoughts to ease. The process is organized OMG! Something we never experienced before in purchasing a car. She introduced us to Ameur Benaudia who is also professional and polite. We took the cars "of our choice" on a test drive. Ameur is knowledgeable about the cars and answered all our questions. One thing that stood out with Ameur is he is very polite and has excellent listening skills. We told him which vehicle we wanted and our terms of purchasing it. The manager Vince is professional, positive and knowledgeable. He care about you getting in the car of your choice hassle free. These three individuals are professional, friendly, polite and contributed to me purchasing the car of my choice at my terms. Kudos to you for being customer focused.
