So I brought it in early at 7:30am and if I didn't make the call later that afternoon to check the status and this was 3:30pm haven't even started to check the car and the service writer (Amie) tells off the call that I need the bearings replaced without checking the car. all she needed to do was to check the balancing on the tire and alignment if it was done correctly. Pacific BMW will not even warranty the work you have done with in less than a month. More
