Waiting without communication I'll start with the actual work on my car is always good. It always comes back to me clean, working well, etc. The problem is all the waiting. I had an appointment at 1:45pm, and showed up a little early at 1:35pm. I waited until 2:10pm until someone helped me. I was just sitting in my car until I flagged someone down. Same thing happens when I pick up the car, I seemingly have to wait 30 minutes just for it to be brought downstairs. I know the facility is busy, but it always feels like I'm wasting a lot of my time waiting. More

Service was ok. The main disappears when I found out that our service coverage was ended the day before and I had to pay for the maintenance out of pocket!! Suggestion: it would be nice to get a reminder be our service coverage was ended the day before and I had to pay for the maintenance out of pocket!!
