Terrible Went in for a warranty service and told me that it’s normal for my engine to consume that much oil when there was a class action for it. The advisor never looked at the class action so I ended up going to another dealer and they took in my car and advised me what is needed to be done under the class action, with explanation! I never received this explanation from Pacific BMW, let alone receiving a call back or text back from the advisors Amy or Henry. Never going back nor recommending this dealer even if you paid me More
