My 2014 Cadillac CTS car was in for service and the rain came way to much and my car was flooded my heart was broken. Called Insurance what a mess with the help of Stuart Saracoza his help in getting the work done for me was wonderful, then Amie came to help me I was so up set she is so sweet and helped me to understand that they were working on my car.Amie called me everyday to make for sure I was alright I put all my trust in Stuart and Amie because they realy care about you the customer . They worked in a very professionah way when all the work was done on my 2014 CTS it was possible for me make a new deal for a 2015 SRX. I am so very happy with all my time at Ron Carter I was treated with the most friendly people and I appreciated that so much.I don't think any dealership would have been as wonderful as the Ron Carter Cadillac.I just want to say thank you to Stuart Saragoza, Amie Gulli and June Barron for there help in getting me through all of this . The experience I had with Angela was the best buying experience I have had in the past decade. Angela, came to my workplace for a test drive, I wanted three things in order to sign for the Cadillac. In order for me to have the three (3) conditions, Jimmy (General Manager) stepped into the picture. At the end of our conversation, I was shaking his hand and hugging Angela. Very good dealer Ms Amie Gulie-Jackson is a wonderful sales woman. She is courteous, knowledgable, and friendly. She is willing to work with you on negotiation. I did Ms Amie Gulie-Jackson is a wonderful sales woman. She is courteous, knowledgable, and friendly. She is willing to work with you on negotiation. I did feel a bit pressured at first but that is to expect from a sales person. They out-matched what I was offered at Sewell Caddy and gave me a great deal on a loaner Caddy ATS Premium 3.6L. Tip: get your trade-in appraised at Carmax first before negotiating your trade-in. They will low-ball you. I did lots of test-drive and price negotiating with other local Caddy before coming to Ron Carter and requested for price match. They are willing to lower the price for loaner in mid August because next year loaners will be rolled out in September. Loaner gives you best deal because it's practically brand new wih couple thousand miles and at least $9k off msrp plus GM incentives. Dont forget to shop around for financing b4 negotiating on apr. They low-balled me again on my finance but finally decided to match what I was offered from my bank. Their finance and sales dept are not well-communicated since the finance manager initially refused to give me the apr that the sales manager agreed to. Threaten to leave and go with your bank offer (with proof, of course) and they will back down. Overall great experience. More
