Amit came across as rushed & flustered when first meeting him. He lowballed my car’s appraisal value which I had brought in writing from JM Lexus, from the same day, which wasn’t smart, or appreciated. He di him. He did not review all features of the car I had specifically come to test drive & learn all of the functions on. I would recommend taking more time & care for future customers.
