Had a pleasant sales rep but when it comes to service when you vehicles has problems, this dealer is HORRIBLE. Since the first times I took it for an issue the first service adviser was rude and arrogant when you vehicles has problems, this dealer is HORRIBLE. Since the first times I took it for an issue the first service adviser was rude and arrogant, till this day I’m staking my car for the same issue I took it the first time. This dealer gives Lexus a bad reputation, so disappointed with my purchase and dealers customer service. More
