Recommend only because of their salesman and willingness to get the sale done. The atmosphere is extremely chaotic, and not like other Lexus dealerships. Not much privacy during. Office in a hallway, noisy, people walking through, bad phone service. Not sure about new car sales, this was certified sales. Had price nailed down, overall experience still took 4 hours!! People I dealt with not even on the listing. Survey wanted me to rate a person I never even met. More
