I PURCHASED A 2026 YUKON (10) WEEKS AGO THAT WAS QUOTED TWICE WITH ONLY (25) MILES. WHEN I ARRIVED THERE, IT HAD 4600+ ON IT. SALEMAN TOLD ME IT HAD BEEN SERVICED B4 PLACING ON LOT W/ 4600 MILES, I FOUND O TWICE WITH ONLY (25) MILES. WHEN I ARRIVED THERE, IT HAD 4600+ ON IT. SALEMAN TOLD ME IT HAD BEEN SERVICED B4 PLACING ON LOT W/ 4600 MILES, I FOUND OUT IT HAD NOT & STILL HAD THE FACTORY OIL FILTER. WINDOW STICKER CALLS FOR A 'KEY CARD' THAT WAS NOT PROVIDED TO ME & GOSTED ME ON EMAILS TRYING TO FIND OUT WHERE IT WAS. I WROTE A LETTER TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE IN WOOSTER OVER (4) WEEKS AGO W/O ANY RESPONSE SO NEXT OPTION IS GM CUSTOMER SERVICE. DEF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
