Our experience with this dealership was not very pleasant at all. Issues we had were being told about certifying the vehicle had to be done at a KIA dealership. Kia said the vehicle is certified by the selle at all. Issues we had were being told about certifying the vehicle had to be done at a KIA dealership. Kia said the vehicle is certified by the seller. We found multiple problems with the vehicle. One under driver’s side bumper. The steering wheel clunks. The transmission slipping. I need the owners manual to find out how the vehicle works and what notifications means when it comes on.for being serviced. Overall not a pleasant experience at all. More
