I previously posted a negative review of Nelson Mazda in Murfreesboro, TN. In response, the General Manager, Randy Dismang reached out and asked me to contact him. At first, I did not want to, but my daug Murfreesboro, TN. In response, the General Manager, Randy Dismang reached out and asked me to contact him. At first, I did not want to, but my daughter was very interested in one of the cars they had listed. As a father, I will do anything for my children in an effort to keep them happy and safe. Mr. Dismang persuaded me and my daughter to come in and talk to him, stating that what I experienced is not typical relations at Nelson Mazda. Long story short (and that is not meant in disrespect) Mr. Dismang did everything within his power to rectify the situation. He went far above and beyond to mend the relationship, helped us find an even better and safer car for my daughter and made sure that every possible detail was covered beyond any and all expectations. In the long run, he secured a return customer for service and future purchase. I would never have predicted that I would be leaving a positive review when this began, but after meeting Mr. Dismang and subsequent random employees, I feel that Nelson Mazda customer service is far beyond my initial experience and now would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car. What a wonderful experience! Jessica and Kaitlyn were super , the both of them really did the work. As I travel for work my time at home is limited. So despite the delayed respon Jessica and Kaitlyn were super , the both of them really did the work. As I travel for work my time at home is limited. So despite the delayed response to their emails they didn't sway, sending updates and videos it totally kept me engaged. When I finally had the time to schedule a test drive I scheduled an appointment. When I went in I was introduced to Katilyn and Amy both were a blessing. i worked with Amy the rest of my Nelson Mazda buying experienc. It was so refreshing I have never experienced this process of buying a car. Amy was patient as we test drove the car I was interested in and then arranged to test drive another that I had mentioned. I never felt pressured at all during this whole experience and the best thing is that I ended up with a different car than I intially thought and I was not the only one who recognized that , Amy also noticed that this car was a better suit for me . it was never about the upsell as this car was the least expensive of the two. I know this is long winded but when you have such a positive experience its hard just to write a few words. If you are interested in a Mazda I say you have togo to Nelson Mazda.
